Reconstruction of Basic Biblical Truths

The Nature of God

PTLs must have a profound understanding of the very essence of the Divine – the nature of God Himself. This foundational teaching illuminates the attributes, character, and sovereignty of the Almighty, serving as the cornerstone upon which all other teachings rest.

The Authority of Scripture

LBA instills in its PTLs an unwavering conviction in the authority and inerrancy of God’s Word.

The Gospel of Jesus Christ

At the heart of LBA’s teachings lies the gospel – the good news of Jesus Christ’s sacrifice and resurrection. PTLs are equipped to communicate this message with clarity and conviction, as it is the very essence of their calling.

The Christian Way of Life

Beyond mere intellectual knowledge, LBA prepares PTLs to embody the Christian way of life – a life marked by discipleship, spiritual formation, and a steadfast pursuit of righteousness. This holistic approach ensures that their leadership is rooted in authentic faith.

STRATEGY PHASE III:
Core Theology for Application

1. Interpretation

Biblical interpretation. Through the study of finding meaning, finding meaning in original context, and style of writing analysis, they learn to accurately discern the intended meaning and application of God’s Word.

2. Old and New Testament

Exploration of both the Old and New Testaments. To uncover the rich tapestry of God’s redemptive narrative, learning to preach Christ from every corner of Scripture.

3. Art of Expository Preaching

PTL’s learn to communicate the truths of Scripture with clarity, conviction, and relevance, ensuring that God’s Word connects with their audiences.

4. Application

PTLs are equipped to bridge the gap between ancient text and modern context, making God’s Word tangible and transformative in the lives of their congregations.

STRATEGY PHASE IV:
Ready for the Ministry

Mentorship

LBA recognizes that ministry is a lifelong journey, and PTLs require ongoing support. Through a robust mentorship program, experienced leaders provide guidance and wisdom, helping PTLs navigate the challenges and opportunities of their calling.

Networking

Ministry can take a toll, both emotionally and spiritually. LBA offers pastoral counseling services, providing PTLs with a platform to process their experiences, receive encouragement, and find renewed strength. LBA facilitates networking opportunities among PTLs, creating a community of support and collaboration. Through these connections, PTLs can share knowledge, experiences, and best practices, fostering a culture of mutual enrichment and encouragement.

Rescource Support

LBA provides PTLs with basic resources, including books, study materials, and approved online access. And as learning is a lifelong pursuit, our self-motivated LBA will continue to  evaluate and support our PTLs.
