The Church doesn’t lack graduates—it lacks leaders who rightly handle the Word, shepherd with wisdom, and embody what they preach. Many training programs are broad and academic, detached from the realities of local ministry, measuring success by enrollment. LBA measures success by the caliber of leaders it forms.
Born out of real pastoral work across Africa, the UK, and beyond, we saw the gap—faithful pastors without access to rigorous, practical training, and churches weakened by shallow pulpits. So we built what was missing: focused, church-based training that develops leaders without removing them from active ministry.
London Bible Academy serves as our UK base and global front door, with a clear mandate—to raise leaders who multiply leaders for the health of the Church in Africa and the diaspora. LBA operates under Africa Bible Mission Resource Centre (ABMRC), a UK registered charity.
London Bible Academy identifies and trains selected pastors in Europe, Africa and Asia, to faithfully teach God’s Word, empowering them to lead and nurture their home communities for Christ’s mission.
