BIBLICAL · PRACTICAL · PROVEN
Four specialized pathways. One standard: Ministerial Mastery. Every course is built for the pulpit, the lectern, and the leader’s chair — not the ivory tower.
LBA doesn’t offer a buffet of electives. We offer four proving grounds.
Four Pathways. One Standard: Ministerial Mastery.
LBA doesn’t teach electives. We forge competencies. Each pathway answers one question: Will this make you a stronger, more effective pastor-teacher by the time you step into the pulpit again?
From biblical interpretation to sermon outline and sermon delivery. You’ll preach full manuscripts before peers and faculty. You’ll get direct, public critique. You’ll learn to explain the text with accuracy, illustrate with clarity, and apply with power — without borrowing someone else’s sermons.
Follow the Bible’s storyline from Genesis to Revelation and master the major themes—covenants, kingdom, temple, sacrifice, exile, etc. You’ll learn to preach Christ faithfully from books like Leviticus and craft series that help your church see the whole Bible as one story.
Lead well. Care for the suffering. Navigate conflict. Guard your soul. Our training uses real pastoral case studies, and other leadership development frameworks. You’ll draft elders’ agendas, write care plans, and defend your decisions under honest critique.
Measured on: wisdom under fire, elder‑level character, and endurance.
Exegete the text and the culture. You’ll build a theology of mission from Scripture, design contextual strategies without compromise, and learn to plant churches that last. Includes cross-cultural labs, evangelism practice, and critique of your planting plan before you leave the room.
